Some of the comments in the Kickstarter campaign made me think a bit: There were some requests for a large campaign and scenarios as stretch goals. I am against adding things that will come "at a later date", which was suggeted, but I was thinking of maybe we could collaborate on some adventures?
What about some people joins in an effort to write a series of adventures, supported by Biohazard? Some ideas from the to of my head:
Setup A
People write their own scenarios, as it always has been, and Biohazard helps with maps, layout and a central place to publish them. This could be PDFs or pure HTML. Nothing fancy, think of it as a fanzie.
Setup B
A group of people outline a larger intrigue, were the PCs would encounter many aspects of Poseidon.
Smaller groups then takes on to create NPCs, locations, scenarios, and according to interest and time.
Biohazard, with some volunteers, could manage it on top level and support various parts, and help with maps, layout and a central place to publish them. This could be PDFs or pure HTML.
The scenarios could be standing on their own merit, a bit sandboxed, to allow a GM to pick and choose.
I once participated in a project similar to Setup B, for a fanzie for Mutant 2 (first game in the series of games that later mutated into Mutant: Year Zero). Various persons wrote parts of a handful of scenarios that made up a full campaign that was published in the fanzie. I think it took about 6 months and 10-15 people were involved, not much work on my side.
The idea with Setup B is that it can be come as large or complex as the number of volunteers allow.
