Questions.... I am not sure if these has been asked by playtesters, but we got these topics around the table, after the playing the QS.
1. Is there a recommended amount of tracks? What is envisioned?
Is three on the character sheet mandatory or just suggestion?
2. Usage of Tracks
2.1 I assume a Call of Cthulhu game would have Sanity as a track, a samurai game an Honour track among others, right?
2.2 I feel a Bravery (human condition) track is more powerful and relevant then native politics or RSC (organisational relationships), therefore will be used more often. This one I did not playtest extensively, just a hunch.
2.3 Is bravery a "standard" track for Blue Planet? Or just for the RSC campaign? Nothing wrong with, just curious how they are intended to work.
2. Ties
2.1 While I love Ties as a concept, I do not see the mechanical reenforcement of the Tie rules. Intenitonal? Actually, they could work as tracks too. Or as "ranks" / influence?
2.2 I am not sure the details (condition and obligation) are truly useful. We found them a bit narrow, the obligation bit more, the condition slightly less. Example TIE: GORSHKOV FAMILY. Must loyally follow orders ■ Executed and
dumped in the ocean. Why only, or specifically, executed? One could write, enemy of the police, criminal record or competitive maffia member. Which are probably all true. Just follow orders? What about being loyal to the family and fellow members? Etc. For as TIE: GORSHKOV FAMILY is more useful, since we felt we would stating the obvious anyway.

2.3 They seem a lot of work to define (most complex of all attributes actually), but with little benefit to the gameplay. Either the party role-play or not, the Tie rule is not doing anything to encourage that in it's current state.
3. Tags
The cocensus was, that Tags are basically advantages and disadvantages.
Will be interesting how these three are related to power levels.
Sidenote: not everyone knows what thalassophobia is...
Food for thoughts! Great work though, congrats!
