We'll have several chapters to review very soon (including the updated, much anticipated timeline!) and a couple more likely later this month, following which there will only be three chapters left till the full layout draft is complete! We're nearly there!  |

What's left to do on Recontact, roughly? We (as in, the backers) are about to see the Timeline and the Future History chapters in the next few days - meaning that those have gone through professional editing and layout. Fan proofreading is just sort of a cherry on top of the process (though we do find an occasional thing or a few to correct in these, of course). View from the Orbit and Wild Wet (I love a good pun!) chapters are in a similar moment of development, I believe. Jeff has just received it from the layout artist and is checking them out before sharing them with us as well (there might be some sendbacks for layout correction, etc., there). Four chapters that are still with the editor: two cete sections, the nereid section and the Sol system section. |

Update:
KS backers, the Timeline, Future History, View From Orbit and Wild Wet chapters are now available for review and proofreading! That's another juicy 54 pages done and some super exciting, updated texts to read!
