I've just read the rules/character creation preview - and while I know that it's probably a little late in the production process, just a little feedback on the presentation of the rules. First of all: I love pretty much everything of what I'm reading there. But I think it's not very clear how Base Attributes for non-standard humans and cetaceans work. First of all, you have to look at the examples table for cetaceans on p. 39 to realize that you can modifiy split attributes separately - at least, that seems to be the intent of notations like Coordination +3/-2. Second, a / seems to signify split attributes - however, in the base attribute table, the Cognitive Synergist seems to have 3 split base attributes; you have to go back and read the Cognitive Synergist text to realize that in this case, the / doesn't signify a split attribute, but that the numbers stand for two types of Cognitive Synergists (the ones who undergo regulation therapies and the ones who don't). Third, it's difficult to understand the Spacer mods. They have Coordination 2/4, and going by the text on p. 33, they have +2 Coordination in free fall, and +2 to all physical tests where they can use all 4 limbs. Does this mean that the 2 is them just using all four limbs, and the 4 is for free-fall actions using all four limbs? Or do they have a base Coordination of 2, the 4 is either in free fall or when they can use all four limbs, and if the other factor (for limbs or free fall) would also come into play, they're effectively at +6 (not represented in the table, though)? Can they also modifiy their split base attributes separetely, like cetaceans? With Spacer Physique, things are a little clearer - going by the text on p.33 and the table on p. 39, I would surmise that their physique being -1/3 means that they have a base Physique of 1, modified by -2 in a gravity well and by +2 when enduring temperature extremes, radiation expose etc.
I'm not sure if it makes sense trying to represent situational mods in split attributes like the spacer - I'd find it a lot less confusing just working with the situational mods stated in the text and not wondering whether and how they have already been integtrated into the base attributes in the table on p.39.

Valuable feedback, thank you very much, Jakob! Did you submit it via the Error Report Form created by Biohazardgames? Probably best if you copy all you just wrote here and paste it into the form, so that all the feedback ends up in the same place, as it's going to be much easier to work through it all this way. Happy to log it for you, if you like!

Thanks, I'll do that! I wasn't quite sure whether the error report form was more for typos and things like that, but I'll submit it.
