I tired it keep it basic where I didn't go into ties, caches, and the others. I think it worked well for my players when I ran the Bait and Switch one shot last night (it went well and everyone had a blast).

You're right, it's a good summary of the core system, and plenty to get started with. You can add the rest of the bells and whistles later.
