Hey, I see I almost missed some action, lazying away on a wee trip! Awesome entries, Neil!! Down to earth frontier survival enhancements. Totally my kind of stuff. And I definitely see a lot of intake for these for both Poseidon colonists and various underprivileged communities on the World of Hurt!! These biomods look like they can very nicely coexist with the one-stop-shop Immunological Symbiote. I gotta say, your biomods must have required some extensive research!! Or existing specialist knowledge in the field. ...or you already have a specialist practice as a genetic engineer specialising in augmenting natural body functions, in which I'd love to know your rates!!

Thanks! Glad you liked it. Immunological symbioite, salt tolerance, enhanced gut microbiome, activated melanocytes... suddenly being marooned in the Outback doesn't seem so daunting. The inspiration came from a book I'm reading on the California gold rush: I'll post some more game fodder in the next few days. Food is mentioned in that book, and that many prospectors got scurvy over winters. Therefore it seemed an obvious hole to fill. Half an hour on Google for some technojargon, and away you go. I'm glad you liked "Paltrowlox", but I now realise it should be "Paltrowlax".
