Yeah, it's a bit painful in the UK these days when it comes to shipping, isn't it?

I personally would put my speedos on and totally swim to the US just to pick up this absolute beauty of a book set.

I think we recently saw what the worst shipping issue can be when the Evergreen did what it did!

Three stretch goals already unlocked!

Coping & pasting them here, because I'm just super excited:



1st stretch goal: $32,500 - Guest Author Campaign Archetypes: Three additional campaign hooks created by luminaries in the RPG industry, offering new and creative directions to take your Blue Planet adventures.

These bonus archetypes will be added to those already planned for the Moderator's Guide.



2nd stretch goal: $35,000 - More Maps: We will commission two additional maps from the amazing Mark Richardson. As we reach higher funding levels, we'll add even more maps to his production list.



3rd stretch goal: $37,500 - PC Species Trio: A collection of three new player character species will be added to the Player's Guide.

"Skink" - a third-generation, herptile-based hybrid genie with unique senses, enhanced durability and rapid healing. This species was developed on Mars and subsequently recruited in surprising numbers to Poseidon as Incorporate colonists.

"Xeno" - a rare individual who has had the full rejuvenating and longevity benefits of Xenosilicate therapy since its inception - a member of a generation of newly immortal Incorporate elites whose privilege and resources are quickly outstripping the rest of humanity's.

Sperm Whale - the cloned and artificially gestated, uplifted members of a cohort of two dozen sperm whales released on Poseidon by an egomaniacal oligarch obsessed with cetacean sapience. (Yeah, this one will be a role playing challenge, for sure!)

Another four stretch goals smashed!


5th stretch goal: $42,500 - Increased Art Commission: At this funding level, we will commission an additional ten pieces of interior art for the project. As we continue to raise funds past this level, our goal is to work towards a fully illustrated field guide.


6th stretch goal: $45,000 - UV Spot Gloss Cover & Ribbon Bookmark: At this funding level, we'll add ribbon bookmarks to each offset printed book, as well as enhance the cover with UV spot gloss to make Jeff Zugale's fantastic cover art jump right off the page.


7th stretch goal: $47,500 - Increased Art Commission: At this funding level, we will commission an additional ten pieces of interior art for the project. As we continue to raise funds past this level, our goal is to work towards a fully illustrated field guide.


8th stretch goal: $50,000 - Slipcase: A beautiful, two-book slipcase, intended to embossed with the submarine topography of the Pacifica Archipelago. The final slipcase might vary or change based on production needs, but we'll make it as nice as we can! All two-book sets ($100 pledge level or higher) will receive this upgrade as part of the pledge.

Very true, shipping is a bit of a minefield these days!

And yeah, we've just crushed another stretch goal.

9th stretch goal: $52,500 - GEO Commission and Incorporate Logo Designs: Rendered logos lending each significant Colonial Commission and Incorporate nation unique visual identity and style. These will be incorporated throughout the books.

My understanding is that the logos, once designed, will be added to various sections of both books where the Incorporate states and GEO commissions are listed. A paragraph about Biogene would not just start with the name of the Incorporate but also with a wee logo.

But perhaps, if timing allows, completed designs will also be given to some of the interior artists and will feature on the uniforms and/or vehicles on some of the artworks? We're gonna have to wait and see.
