So, guys and gals and marine mammals.
With BP being a proper sandbox (waterbox?), we have a lot of diverse, hugely exciting places to set our campaigns in. Depending on what sort of campaigns you run, what sort of character types you favour, you probably find yourselves in one particular place more often than others? A favourite haunt of sorts, where you feel most at home.
Let's see who favours which spots on the Archipelago (or beyond?)!!

I'll start.
Outside of Haven, my Blue Planet surroundings are usually Kraken, Atlantis & Longshore (the Undercurrents fleshed out some of these locations beautifully).
Inside Haven, I tend to see the HIST campus and Brighton more often than any other districts.

We often played in Second Try. I like that the city is in a canyon, fun!

Oh yeah, that is such brilliant location!! Also, an excellent "let's not pay Haven's premium for fuel/repairs" port!

Yes Second Try is fun, I also played some adventure parts in ST.
My last campaign brought my players mainly around Westcape (Dyfedd and... Böse Strand -yes, they were made prisonners and... escaped!- and then Westcape, Perdition,...) We also played some times in Kingston. That's why I'm not very confortable with the name change... I'll obviously keep the good old name "Kingston". And, it sounds better to my french ears than "Harmony"(sounds too much "pink-licorn-violet-12yrsold-girl" to me...).
Of course we played a lot in Haven, mainly as departures or ending of adventures...
And we invented a small archipelago named "Karaori Islands" where I placed the Red Sky Charter Company (yes, I played "Andrew Latimer" and co!)and some parts took place there...
Now I plan to send the players far away... to the Darwin Islands... There is something incredible there... Something tremendous... Something... ... Alien?

Westcape is the frontier of the frontier world! Such a diverse landscape there. And of course both Dyfedd and Böse Strand are brilliant locations! Where did you put your Karaori Islands, out of curiosity? The ability - almost an invite - to create small archipelagoes on the insanely vast ball of blue that is Poseidon, is a completely unique feature of the sandbox that is Blue Planet. This allows for so much creativity!

I put them in the Copper Islands, west from Haven and Second Try, in the Dolphin Sea. A relatively well placed location (between Haven and, say, Kingston) but not on a direct commercial path!
But after the last big campaign, the player will certainly abandon this place... they will probably establish their HQ in Second Try... but, anyway, I'll send them far away, so it's not so important... ;-)

Oh, very nice. Close enough to all the action and far enough into the real frontier.

While not a primary setting I loved using The Wall. What a cool place. It had such a unique look to it, and being a den of smugglers and thieves, well. That fits into lots of campaigns! I totally ran an adventure involving a maglev train robbery in Prime Meridian, which was crazy fun. Also went -terribly- wrong.
Always wanted to use Rock Bottom in a scenario, but never could work it in. Guess it's time to dust that one off!

Oh man, you've just reminded me of Firefly in the best of ways!! And yeah, the Wall is pure gold for a GM. So many opportunities and complications to throw at the PCs! It being part of the Styx helps as well.

Hah! Firefly totally had a bit of BP feel do it, for sure! Maybe the writers were fans? Johnny Mnemonic, I still insist, is set in the BP universe. It's absolutely on post recontact earth - they've got cybernetics, dystopian corporate politics, dolphin hackers.... If you've never seen it, check it out, it's a 90's gem.

I wrote a campaign setting set in Dominica. It might be my favorite. I like classical Haven, too.

Haha, one usually gets a bit intimate with one's own creations, eh? Where did you place Dominica?

It's on the maps (BPv2), somewhere east, quite a remote place.
